CLTC Summer Singles Ladder

As summer draws to a close, (look out the window🤦‍♂️)so too does our Summer Singles Ladder – and what a fantastic season it’s been!

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved, supported the competition, and most importantly, enjoyed some great games of tennis with a healthy dose of fun and friendly competition.

✨ Highlights from the summer:

 • 34 players took part across the season  • 149 matches played in total!

 • Special shout-outs to Iain Melville, Heather Bryson, and Eileen Grigg, who each played an impressive 13 matches – fantastic commitment!

We had our fair share of injuries - I hope everyone makes a speedy recovery.

I’ve attached the final standings and results from Round 4. Hopefully I’ve managed to capture all the scores correctly (apologies if I missed any!)

🏆 Final Results

The overall winner is based on those who played in every round, with results weighted by games won vs matches played. No trophies or medals this time – just well-earned bragging rights!

Well done to Patrick, Steve, and everyone who took part – it’s been brilliant to see so much energy and enthusiasm on court this summer.
